Students and families will have an opportunity to learn and participate in a variety of Social Emotional Learning activities, including an opportunity to share in a community circle. 

We are currently planning activity stations, some examples of possible activities:

• learn and practice skills to manage emotions 

• set achievable personal goals 

• practice feeling and showing empathy (compassion) for others 

• create and maintain supportive friendships

• choose responsible and caring decisions
